Counseling Services
Individual

Individual therapy allows clients to share inner thoughts and feelings while gaining an increased sense of awareness. Individuals can explore different parts of themselves, identify behavior patterns, learn coping skills, and process life challenges.
EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence based treatment modality which helps clients safely reprocess traumatic memories. How do you know if you experience something traumatic? Your body tells you; trauma responses are stored in the body. This looks like being in freeze, flight, or fight mode. It can also feel like anxiety, hypervigilance, withdrawal, or other common PTSD symptoms. Learn more here.
TCYM

Trauma Consciousness Yoga Method is a healing modality that integrates trauma-conscious yoga and somatic psychotherapy practices. TCYM allows clients to connect with their bodies, heal inner wounds, and create a more regulated nervous system by incorporating movement. Sessions may include time practicing yoga on mats while focusing on breath work and body sensations.
